Exclusion from the obligation to comply with accessibility regulations

This note constitutes an informative self-declaration by the owner of the website, aimed at clarifying the reasons why the website is not among those subject to the obligation to adapt to the legislation on digital accessibility.

Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Legislative Decree 82/2005 (Digital Administration Code), it is declared that this website (www.fabulaetrusca.com), owned by Fabula Etrusca Soc. Coop. s.r.l., is not subject to the obligation to adapt to the regulations on digital accessibility, in force from 28 June 2025, as it falls within the cases of exclusion provided for by the current legislation.
